Designwinds Manufacturing fabricates engineered thermal components for HVAC OEMs and industrial customers. Our work spans fin-and-tube coils, brazed aluminum microchannel heat exchangers, heat recovery products, and custom-engineered thermal assemblies built to customer drawings.
Production combines metal fabrication, coil winding, furnace and torch brazing, and final assembly under a single operation. Engineering, production, and quality are managed by Designwinds personnel using internal process documentation and inspection records throughout each stage of manufacturing.
We work with customer engineering teams from initial specification through production, and supply products into commercial HVAC equipment, industrial process cooling, refrigeration packages, and energy recovery ventilation systems.
