Designwinds Manufacturing produces engineered thermal components for HVAC OEMs and industrial customers. Our products are used in commercial HVAC, industrial process cooling, refrigeration, and heat recovery applications. The product portfolio covers fin-and-tube heat exchangers, brazed aluminum microchannel coils, heat recovery components, and engineered-to-order thermal assemblies.
The company operates a single integrated manufacturing process spanning metal fabrication, brazing, coil production, and assembly. Engineering and quality activities are managed by Designwinds personnel using internal process documentation and inspection records across each stage of production.
Designwinds is currently in a period of transition following a recent change in ownership. We are rebuilding our brand presence and corporate identity, and updated product literature, website materials, and customer-facing documents are being rolled out in stages. Customer programs, supplier relationships, and engineering contacts continue without interruption during this period.
